Vitamin tea

Ingredients
  • Grated ginger 
  • Sea-buckthorn berries
  • Rose hip
  • Lemon zest 
  • Lemon juice and pulp
  • Any herbal tea 
  • Honey
Making

Grate the ginger on a fine grater. Sea buckthorn needs to be crushed so that it gives juice. The rose hip needs to be crushed, so it will give more vitamins. Next, you need lemon zest, juice and pulp. Then you can add any herbal tea. After this we pour boiling water. We're waiting for 5 minutes and Voila! Our vitamin tea is ready! Add honey when the tea has cooled.
